The formula panta rhei is taken from Platon, who wanted to give a summary of the theory of Heraclitus. It means everything flows and nothing is left (unchanged) or everything flows and nothing stands still. Dramatic changes are all over the world. Do we still recognize them correctly or do they float through our brain by media only.
